How to delete your SuHappy Workforce account

SuHappy Workforce is a companion application of the main SuHappy application. Worker accounts are managed by the boutique through the main SuHappy application.

If you are a worker and want to delete your account, please contact the boutique owner/administrator who manages your SuHappy account. The account deletion request is handled through the main SuHappy application.

What happens when your account is deleted?

When a worker's account is deleted:

• Your access to SuHappy Workforce is revoked.
• Your association with the boutique and your active worker permissions are removed or deactivated.
• Your personal account information is deleted or anonymized where applicable.
• Your historical work records are retained where necessary for the boutique's business and audit purposes.
• Your order execution history may be retained so that the boutique can maintain a history of who worked on or completed an order.
• Your employee/work history may also be retained for the boutique's records.
• Information that is required to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or audit purposes may be retained for the applicable period.

Why is some information retained?

SuHappy is a business management platform, and work performed by employees forms part of the boutique's business records. Permanently removing these historical records would prevent the boutique owner from maintaining an accurate history of order processing and employee activity.

Therefore, while your account access and personal information are removed or anonymized, limited historical information may remain where it is necessary for business, audit, legal, or accounting purposes.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your SuHappy Workforce account:

1. Contact the owner or administrator of the boutique you are associated with.
2. Ask them to delete your worker account through the main SuHappy application.
3. Once the deletion is processed, your access to SuHappy Workforce will no longer be available.
