How to delete your SuHappy account

SuHappy is a boutique management application that helps boutique owners and fashion designers manage customers, orders, measurements, employees, and other business activities.

If you wish to delete your SuHappy account, please send an account deletion request to [email protected] using your registered email address or provide the phone number associated with your account.

Only boutique owners can directly request account and associated boutique data deletion from SuHappy. If you are a staff member or employee, please contact your boutique owner to request removal of your account.

What happens when your account is deleted?

Once your account deletion request is verified and processed:

• Your access to the SuHappy application will be permanently revoked.
• Your personal account information, including your name, email address, and phone number, will be deleted.
• Your boutique and associated business data will be deleted.
• Your associated customer, order, measurement, employee, and other business records will be deleted from our active systems.

Information that we are legally required to retain may be kept for the applicable statutory or regulatory retention period.

How long does account deletion take?

Once we receive and verify your account deletion request, we will process it within 7 working days.

We may contact you if additional information or verification is required to process your request.

Data removal from backups

SuHappy maintains system backups for a maximum period of 7 days.

When an account deletion request is processed, the associated account and business data will be deleted from our active systems. Existing backups may temporarily contain copies of the deleted data until those backups expire as part of our regular backup-retention cycle.

Since our backup retention period does not exceed 7 days, all existing backups containing the deleted data will expire within 7 days. Subsequent backups will not include the deleted account's data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your SuHappy account:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include your registered email address or phone number.
3. Mention your boutique name so that we can identify the associated account and business data.

Our team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 working days.

Once the deletion is completed, your access to SuHappy will no longer be available.
